Creating
art is a way of life for me.
A journey to discover that which you will probably never find
but doesn't stop you trying.
My art is very influenced by light. Obsessed really.
Urenco
Enviromental Arts Competition
This
year Phil Jackson won first prize with 'Towards Snowdon',
which was also immortalised on the front of the Urenco
2009 calender. With 'Meai Strait' inside. These paintings
along with Phil's other work 'River Dee at Chester' were
all exhibited in the Lowry Centre, Salford Quays, Manchester
at the end of 2008.

I
do not seek to reproduce a specific landscape, portrait or
figure but to invoke a moment, a sense, unique to each work
of art. Oil on Canvas, Pastel, Watercolour, Pencil and Charcoal.
I work with all these mediums throughout the year. Predominately
on Wirral, Cheshire and North Wales, the Lake District.
I have decided to launch this web site so that my work is
available to a wider audience.
Please contact me if you have any
comments.
